Powerful images of major storms  and nature throughout Ontario will be on display at Keith’s Restaurant in Fonthill for the month of December.
As an integral member of the renowned team of “The Weather Hunters”, David T. Chapman is always on the lookout for the perfect shot of a storm or tornado.
As a professional photographer and speaker, he also chases lightning, is enthused by the Northern Lights, and captures stunning coastal scenes of our Great Lakes.
Chapman’s interest in storms began at an early age. While kids were reading comics, he  read books on hurricanes and tornados.
“When I was just 12-years-old, I got to experience my first tornado,” Chapman said. “That day I told my friends I was going to become a storm chaser and it grew from there.”
A self-described animal lover, Chapman’s photography is evident of his patience to anticipate the perfect moment when portraying birds common to our Northern hemisphere, such as Cardinals, Orioles, and Owls.
His passion for the outdoors is captured perfectly through a series of fine art photos that will be for sale at the restaurant.
